Loading Error on iOS Safari – KoboToolbox Form Not Opening

Dear KoboToolbox Support Team,

I have recently shared a questionnaire created on KoboToolbox, but several users using iOS devices with Safari are unable to open the form. Instead, they encounter the following error message (screenshot attached):

“Error occurred during the loading of this form. We do not recommend you use this form for data entry until this is resolved. Request to https://kc-eu.kobotoolbox.org/fidqer/xformsManifest/19xxxxx failed.”

The form works normally on other browsers and devices, but this specific issue persists on iOS Safari.

Could you please advise on how this can be resolved so that iOS users can access and fill out the questionnaire without problems.

Welcome to the community, @fidqer! Would you mind using a modern and updated browser (to it’s latest version) to see how it behaves? Outdated versions generally have issues loading a survey form. Maybe also try browsers like the Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc. to see how it behaves?

We have the similar issues when we try to open the form in IOS and also get another error. I am sharing the error. Even though we trry to open with chrome, we still face this isssue. The form is deployed and still get the same result. Can you help us about it?
