Log in problem to Kobo Research Account

Dear Kobo Team,

I was not able to log in to my Kobo account. The menu page keep showing “Loading” and sometimes a statement “cant load environment data” pop up too. I am just trying to find out if this is Kobo technical issue or has it to do with my account? Does anyone has the same problem now? Thanks in advance for your support.
