Logic operators for 2 right answers in questions in calculation

Hello, Kobo community! I’m a new user and I need some help regarding the logical operators for collecting answers in a questionnaire. I built from scratch the survey.
Firstly I need to resolve the calculations of answers.
Exemple:
Question: How often do you forget where you left items such as keys, glasses or a phone?
Answers: a) Never, b) Rarely, c) Sometimes, d) Often, e) Very often
The question is set as “Select one”. If the participant chooses a) or b) answers he receives 1 point (TRUE) and the other answers (FALSE).
I want this to be calculated under the question and afterward present the final result after the survey (score 1 if right answer , 0 if wrong) and give recommendation, based on the score.
I tried to use some youtube videos but still couldn’t find a solution.
Could you help, please?
