My username and password for Kobo Toolbox are identical, and I have successfully logged in using these credentials on the Kobo mobile app. However, when I attempt to log in on the Kobo web platform, I encounter difficulties and cannot access my account. It shows that “The username and/or you specified are not correct”.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

There are 2 public servers of Kobo;
1- kf.kobotoolbox.org
2- eu.kobotoolbox.org (formerly known as OCHA)
Can you try both sites to login?

I already tried both servers. Still it didn.t work.
@arfathabib, please let us know the server you are using. Or are you on a private self-hosted server?
@arfathabib, could you share a screenshot of the login error you get in your browser? Have you ensured to see the internet is connected securly?

- Username
- Email id registered with the username
- Server (in your case it’s the EU server)
