“logout” link is not getting displayed at the bottom of enketo webforms.
Our webforms require login (username and password). Therefore, the logout link always appears on every webform.
Anyone else having this problem?
@aaj, you will see the logout button only after you have logged in to submit your entry. For more details on this, please refer to the community post we discussed earlier:
@Kal_Lam , the logout button is not seen after a successful login. This was working fine till about 1-2 days ago.
Existence of this problem has been checked/verified on more than one computer, more than one browser (chrome and firefox), and with more than one username and password.
I’ve confirmed what you are seeing, on our Global server at least. Investigating…

The issue has been logged with the Kobo Dev team as a high priority issue, and they are working on it.
In the interim, you can advise your data collectors to use the URL https://ee.kobotoolbox.org/logout (or equivalent, if you are not on Global) to force a logout.

https://ee.kobotoolbox.org/logout is what is currently being used by us to logout.
