Unable to create a survey in a self hosted KoBoToolbox server

Hello team After install kobo is not working unbale to create survey -its keep on loading 2)user info and logout show NA [kobo issue] your document for installing is super while installing it in local system no issue but when it comes to online cloud setup we face many issues suggestion please make document like below with cloud auto setup files as show example https://docs.odk-x.org/sync-endpoint-cloud-setup/#sync-endpoint-cloud-setup

KoBo form loads in the instance hosted by KoBoToolbox but does not load in my self hosted server
