Unable to create a survey in a self hosted KoBoToolbox server

Hello team

After install kobo is not working

  1. unbale to create survey -its keep on loading
    2)user info and logout show NA

  1. your document for installing is super while installing it in local system no issue but when it comes to online cloud setup we face many issues

suggestion
please make document like below with cloud auto setup files as show example

Hi,
On the first issue that you raised, i.e. unable to create a survey- it keeps on loading. I would suggest you first run console and see what is the background issue when you hit the new. Normally, I would suggest reinstalling but there is a need to know the issue from the console.
