Lost the Attachment of the form after 24th of January Update

Hi Team,

I hope you are doing well, after the last server maintenance i lost my attached files, I didn’t update the form anytime soon, and before the update, it was working fine. I currently even can’t add new attachments, i upload the file but it is greyed out directly. What is the problem?
