Manage permission for edit submission role

I would like to know about managing permissions in Kobo. Specifically, while I am granting users the ability to edit submissions, I would like to restrict their access to downloading the XLSX form design. Could you please guide me on how to configure these permissions accordingly?

Hello @shweyi20 ! Welcome to the community.
You’ve probably already read this guide to managing Kobo projects: Sharing Your Project and Managing Permissions — KoboToolbox documentation
You can go to the “settings” tab, then to “sharing”, and there you should see who has access to your project. All you have to do is change the roles using the button marked in red.
As for limiting their actions to downloading the form, check only the first one (“view form”, marked in green).1

How to prevent shared projects from lowest roles from the downloading projects/clone area

Good day all,is there a way to prevent someone whom have shared my project with for submission only ,not to have access to the download button or clone the projects/remove sharing I have been struggling to prevent user who has be given the role permission to submit data not to have access to my deployed forms. How can i handle this? Thank you
