Hi there
Could you help me managing the multiple user, please? I was trying to put permission to other user, but when I try to remove the permission, it did not work, and when I try to add another user, there is no save button. I just trial with to accounts but no luck so far. I need to put at 5 accounts for the guys in the field for entering the data. could you please help me to fix this??

Hi Valensia,
To remove permissions you currently have to 1) type in the username and 2) choose ‘remove permissions’. See screenshot below.
For the other issue, can you include a screenshot of what you’re seeing please?

I create project using account indonesia_undss and I share permission with vally_abel to can edit, but when I open the project using vally_abel, that project did not open. or should I open using handheld?

Hi Valensia,
You will have to add two permissions in this case: Can view and Can edit. The first is required to access the data, the second only if you want the other person to be able to edit it as well.
Earlier you said you couldn’t see the Save permissions button, but apparently it came back. Was it maybe that you were using a small screen and it was below the edge of your browser?
