I have an issue with authentication with my account. I can access all features on the browser I initially signed up with (a few days ago) but cannot login with those credentials on another browser/computer or the KoboCollect App. Looking at other community posts, it seems it’s possible that when I clicked the activate account link in my email, that it did not actually activate my account. Are you able to do this manually for me?
I sent an email to support asking the same thing and they directed me to create a post here.
I’d just like to add, I just tried resetting my password (which worked) but then trying to login with the newly reset password gave the same authentication error (and I have lost access to the account on the original browser, assumedly due to the reset of the password)

Are you using the same servers? Sometimes people confuse with the Humanitarian servers and kf servers
