We have an account that was created a few months ago, that was never activated, I think. It belongs to a colleague and I’m pretty sure it’s not been activated.
I need to make sure the account is working before sharing one of our forms with it.
I sent an email to support@kobotoolbox.org and received an ambiguous automated response. It says to ask for help here in the forums, but from what I saw on a similar thread, the indication was to send an email.
So here I am, to ask @Kal_Lam (or others) for help
Can you please have a look at the email I sent? The subject is “Can you manually activate an account? (user: xxx )”.
