I have created the questinnaire one of the question is on matrix format but when deploy and export to mobile phones it tend to be haphazardly arranged. Kindly help
Matrix option is not available in Collect.

@ekivuyo, kindly please be informed that the matrix question type is only supported with Enketo aka the webform.
