Matrix question settings

Hi, I am having trouble with changing settings / layout of the Matrix question type. I have a question that looks like this at the moment:

Since the question (“Does the network have…?”) is quite long, I would like it to appear above the matrix table, rather than within it. Is there a way of doing this? The settings button for the question does not work.

And as a follow-up to this question: at the moment I am using the “Select one” question type, but only leaving one possible option in each column. I’d ideally like Yes / No / Not sure options but this will look cluttered and confusing if these options appear in every cell, so I would like to have them as drop-downs. Is this possible? Happy to do it in XLS but will need some guidance!!

Welcome back to the community, @eleanorn, you could use the Grid Theme as outlined in the Enketo Blog to achieve the design (maybe partially).

I have managed to get the layout how I would like it, however, the matrix tables make for an extremely messy data table - see example (e.g. columns AL to BN):

Do you have any advice on how to tidy this up?
