Order of rows in questions matrix jumbled

Hello, I created a question matrix and for some reason the ordering of my rows keeps getting re-arranged. I’m not how this is happening and unfortunately there is no way to drag them back into place which means i have to rewrite them entirely. Any tips on why this may be happening?

Hi, this bug still exists. Matrixed questions in the survey builder rearrange in order when the form is saved. The downloaded XLSForm is also arranged incorrectly. Whenever I add a new row and save it, the order randomizes again. Very frustrating! Please help!

Welcome to the community, @awhitem1! The only temporary solution for this issue is to follow the steps outlined below:

• Create a matrix question (you have issues with the choices being jumbled up).
• Download the form in XLSForm.
• Upload and replace the form with the downloaded XLSForm back to the project.

This should solve your issue.
