Media file download error

Buena tarde.

Tengo problema al descargar el zip de archivos multimedia.

1. Al consultar desde kobotoolbox las imágenes capturadas, nos muestra así
   

   
   
   
   

2. Al intentar descargar el zip y abrirlo muestra el siguiente error.
   

   

Para nuestra organización es muy importante tener esas imágenes.
