After I exported the KoBoCollect form data to Excel, the file upload link displays {“detail”:“Not found.”}, and when I try to download it from the Kobo website, it also displays {“detail”:“Not found.”}. Why can’t I access the media? Is it because my storage capacity has exceeded? Please help.
Welcome to the community, @roim! Maybe you may need to make your data public if you still wish to open the media files from the media URL from the Excel file you downloaded from KoboToolbox. Have you tried doing that?
You can always make your data public from under the Settings>Sharing page by checking the following options:
I’ve set public access, exported, and re-downloaded it as per your suggestion. However, I still can’t access the photos, either via the Excel file media URL or directly from the Kobo website.
@Kal_Lam I’ve checked both, then exported and re-downloaded the Excel file. The photos still won’t download and display the message {“detail”:“Not found.”}. I tried the Kobo website, but it’s still inaccessible. About 60 of the 290 photos are inaccessible.
@roim, it seems to be something else. Could you kindly provide me with the following details through a private message? Maybe I could have a closer look at your case?
