Hello Kobo Community,
We’re running into an issue after unarchiving a project where all photo/media attachments are no longer accessible.
When attempting to load media files, the links return the following error:
BlobArchived
This operation is not permitted on an archived blob.
This suggests that while the project itself has been unarchived, the underlying media blobs may still be archived and therefore inaccessible.
Context:
• The issue affects all image attachments in the project
• Media was previously accessible before the project was archived
• The problem appeared immediately after unarchiving
Question:
Is there a way to rehydrate / unarchive all media files associated with a project so that attachments become accessible again?
If this requires action on Kobo’s side, any guidance on the correct process would be greatly appreciated.
