Migrate KF domain Forms into EU domain Account

@Kal_Lam Hi, I need to understand if and how we can migrate forms if they are initially deployed in “KF” domain but now i have bought a “EU” teams account and i want to migrate all my forms to EU one. Also keep in mind that some of my forms are Live.

Would like to get a quick response on this. Thanks!
