Missing Background Url in the Database

Dear Team,

We are facing challenges to regarding the “background-audio_URL”. Due to url missing in the database, we can not download the audio. Here is the screenshot.

Can you check if the Include media URLs is checked in Advanced options, this is the help article you can get more information on include media URLs

Thanks for your reply. In advance option the url is selected. But the url is not showing in the excel database.
