When exporting data to Excel, it does not display consistently in the resulting file. This issue mainly affects data entered under certain grouped questions, as shown in the attached image. However, when checking on Kobo, the data is still visible there.

The issue is with the export process. While I can see all the data on Kobo, some rows are missing information when I export the data to Excel. The aim of the screenshot is to show that one row is normally filled and visible in the exported file, whereas another row appears blank, despite both rows showing correctly on Kobo.
It sounds like you’re encountering a common issue where data visible in KoboToolbox isn’t fully transferring to Excel during the export process, specifically with certain rows appearing blank.
