Hello, I am the owner of a kobotoolbox account that provides forms for users who are part of the workgroup to fill out. One of the users who has access to the form filled out and submitted 50 forms, however, these are not appearing in my kobotoolbox account, they are all on the US server. Could you help me?
@barata_clicia1, you may also want to check the configuration settings of the Collect Android App from which you mentioned that 50 submissions are not syncing to the server.
Please make sure that the submissions were made to the correct version of the project on the server. Also, if the project was shared with row-level permissions, some data might only be visible to the admin who deployed the project, depending on how the sharing permissions were set.
The forms were filled out on a desktop computer. I checked the user’s sharing levels, and they can add submissions, view forms, and edit forms.
