Missing entries in the map view

I understand that the map view by default only show the last 5000 entries. We have 5100 entries but the map view seems to show a lot fewer than 5000:

Increasing the limit to 10 000 doesn’t help either. We really need this to work to be able to clean and maintain the data. Any advice on how to make all the entries show up on the map?

Welcome to the community, @tore2e! This is a bug in our system which we are working to resolve. We will update once we fix the issue. Apologies for the inconvenience caused!

Hi @tore2e

Currently, the limit of the map view is set to show only the latest 1,000 submissions in your form.

Our development team is working on increasing this limit, to up to 30,000 submissions, and this will be deployed soon. If you need more than that limit, we recommend connecting your data via the API to a GIS software, which will allow you to visualize and work with your data without these limitations.

Hi @tore2e, kindly please be informed that the issue has now been resolved. We sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience caused, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Feel free to reach out again if the issue persists.

Is it still pending to go into production or do I have to do something to make it take effect? We have about 6000 reports at the moment and I have raised the limit to 10.000 and logged out/logged in but still only see the most recent ones in the map view.

We are still working on a fix to increase the number of points that can be displayed on the map See related thread: Unable to see more than 1000 entries on Map

(fyi the fix mentioned about was for a recent regression where no geopoints were being displayed, if they were inside a group. This has been fixed and recently deployed)

@tore2e, the issue has been resolved! We apologize for the inconvinence caused! :folded_hands:

Great news for us, thank you!
