Hi, I also have the same problem. In many forms it is not possible to view photos and videos as ‘Could not found’. The problem seems to be random, in some forms all the multimedia are correctly loaded, in other forms not. Is there any possibility of recovering the multimedia files?

I am contacting you to try to find a solution to a problem encountered with some Kobotoolbox forms. I have also written in some forum topics.
In many completed forms it is not possible to view photos and videos as ‘Could not found’. This is confirmed by the presence of a red exclamation mark. The problem seems to be random, in some forms all the multimedia are correctly loaded, in other forms not. Is there any possibility of recovering the multimedia files?
I use Global server; and i have Professional plan.
