My ability to create synchronous links seems to have gone

Hi there.

I have been generating synchronous links using API for my projects for years and all of a sudden it doesn’t seem to work anymore. The sharing settings seem to be the same and I am using the same URL (https://[server_url]/api/v2/assets/[project_asset_uid]/export-settings/) but when I enter the server and assed UID, the page does not give an END POINT with the synchronous link. Have some settings changed or am I doing something wrong?

Welcome back to the community, @abangurasddirect! Have you followed this support article Using the API for synchronous exports, to check if you might have missed anything? If not, and you’re still stuck, please let me know. I can quickly test it on my end to see if anything might be broken. When getting back to me, please also mention which server you’re using so I can test on the same one that’s affecting your project.

Hi Kal. Thanks for your response. I realised that is actually is working (yes I follow the support article you shared) - it’s just that the page it produces looks different so I was confused. But its all fine now. Thanks
