My choices do not appear on my form when i upload my xls form

I have uploaded my xls to kobo by when i preview my form none of my choices appear.

Can you also share a screenshot of your survey sheet?

@charlesw, you could also always validate your XLSForm through this online validator to see if there are any syntax issues that are causing the preview error.
