Hi, first time I am having this issue, I mainly use the API of Kobo to resubmit form when a change is made in our own form.
Everything worked correctly until now, for some reason, if i use the url for the form, it brings an outdated form, nnot the one i have submitted, even though the forms tab on the landing page shows that it has been updated and deployed.
Heres an example:

According to the preview this is the updated form (which is right, this is the updated form I submitted).
but when I enter with the correct url, this is the form that appears (this is the previous version of the same form, I just updated a opcion on this particular question to show).
And whenever I hit the REDEPLOY button on the form tab in the landing page, it reverts to the previous form (second image).
I am having issues understanding why this keeps happening, is the form I submit wrong? If so how can I check that the submissions via API will update correctly and deploy correctly.

This is becoming an even bigger issue with each re-deployment, since in the form preview we can see all the changes made to the form, but we can’t actually see it in the deployed form.
I don’t know If I can share the .xlsx form that we’re submitting, since we have another form with less questions that works just fine.
I’m sorry if I’m not helpful or I’m not providing enough information for an answer, but we’ve deleted all previous answers and just put “real” answers as options in our form (it’s called testing for obvious reasons), as you can see in the image below:
Now if I go to the url provided by the site: Enketo Express for KoboToolbox
all our “dirty” data is still in our question Plan d’Action pour la Réinstallation. I will post the second image in the next reply since I’m a new user I can’t put two media images in a post.
as you can see here, the question Plan d’Action pour la Réinstallation still has dirty data. Meaning its not deployed, but If I hit the redeploy button it still doesn’t update in to the correct form.
