I have the same issue as avenirsocial.

My Forms can be opened on Chrome on a Windows laptop. However, the same error message was displayed when I opened the form on Chrome (I use the latest version) on my Macbook. It was working fine before. So, could you kindly help me to solve this issue?

P.S. I have no adblocker on Chrome.

Welcome back to the community, @Thuta! It could be a browser issue. If you are using a Macbook, would you try using the updated version of the Safari browser instead to see how it behaves?
