My Pull data

Hello Dear Community,
I’m having issue with pull data that is well displaying in kobotoolbox on Web Version but not on KoboCollect app on phone. Can you help me?

Please Can you fix the file on your side and zip it for me. I follow the process but still not working. try the code out and Check not on PC but on your mobile device.

Thank you very much. It works. The best format in my side was then single text column with comma separated as a delimiter.
