Hi, one of my surveyors reported the same problem as above, but my setting is already set to Allow submissions without username/password. Is there another way to resolve this?

I think it has been resolved. I have been on leave for the last couple of weeks, and I haven’t yet heard back from my surveyor. But I think his data are now showing on our system.
