Need help to troubleshoot KoBo server error

Hi everyone,

I’m Guy OBROU from Côte d’Ivoire.

I’m very new to KoBoToolbox (actually, this is my very first time using it for a real-world scenario—specifically for a simultaneous multi-team field survey).

I’ve just finished designing my XLS Forms, but I’m unable to deploy them. I keep getting the same error every time I try (about 5 times now):

Server Error (500)
“An error occurred while processing your request.”

Could someone here please help me troubleshoot this?

Welcome to the community @guykobo2023! You could always validate your XLSForm through this online validator? The online validator should help you identify any syntax issues that are affecting the form deployment.

This post discussed previously should help you use the online validator.

@okware_256, all you need to do is follow the steps outlined below: Open online validator. This screen appears as shared below: [Image 1] There press Choose File and upload your XLSForm.
