Could anyone please explain the new columns that appeared when I download the data from the kobo toolbox such as (_notes _status _submitted_by _tags), and what are the uses of them? thanks!
Welcome to the community, @AhmadSaudi! If you look at DATA>Table as shown in the image shared below:
you should see Validation status, _version_, _id, _uuid, _submission_time and _submitted_by. These are the additional information stored by the system to manage your submissions systematically.
