New problem in API v2

I faced a new problem yesterday when I try to get a link to connect kobo to excel , it keep appear that is my questionnaire has no data(count : 0) like the picture below

last week everything went okay , even I designed many connections between my questionnaires in kobo and excel files
is there a specific number of connection I can not exceed it?

Hi @tinok I went ahead and updated ODK Collect’s configuration on a test device that had the application already installed and a project already configured. I had the old address in there ( https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info ). I tried https://eu.kobotoolbox.org and it didn’t work. Then I tried https://kc-eu.kobotoolbox.org and it worked. but it is the same problem

when I added kc to the address it automatically covert me to API V1
