Next questions options should open, if I click on the selected options

I have 2 Question regarding crops.

Q1. Please mark any listed crops:

  1. A 2. B 3.C

Q2. Do you know how much (listed crops) you harvested during the last season? Only above selected crops will be entertained

  1. A Yes, weight in kg:________ No/ I’m not sure
  2. B Yes, weight in kg:________ No/ I’m not sure
  3. C Yes, weight in kg:________ No/ I’m not sure

If I click on the listed crops a and b (Q1) , then the next questions options a and b should be shown, but options Yes, weight in kg should be open in descriptive response and No, I am not sure should be fixed option.
