My form (See above) when deployed, shows the print icon on my PC Desktop, however when I load my form on to my tablet or smartphone the print Icon disappears. I need to be able to print my form from my tablet, any ideas?

Thank you for reporting this out! I tried testing the link provided and observed the following:
In Enketo (PC): Printer icon is displayed!
In Enketo (Android Smartphone): Under Grid-theme layout setting Printer icon is not displayed!
In Enketo (Android Smartphone): Under Default single-page layout setting Printer icon is displayed!
Will get back to you confirming if it’s a bug in Enketo or if it’s something intentional.
