I have followed the process by using the new url.
Still it is showing ‘No form to download’ in Download form’ menu.
@Seema, could you kindly share a screenshot from your Settings>Server from your Collect Android App so we can understand how your configuration is done?

@Seema, are you the admin owner of that project, or is it someone else?
@Kal_Lam I am the admin of this account. And the user name and the password given is correct.
@Seema, have you checked Allow submissions to this form without a username and password as shown in the image below?
That should solve your issue!
@Kal_Lam Thank you. However, I want the enumerators to use user name and password to upload the form.
@Seema, if this is the case, then you will need to toggle it on and then also check the login credentials if it works in the browser. If the credentials works on the browser, it should also work in the app.
