The XLS export failure for your 2026 Participants Survey on the KoBoToolbox Global Server is likely caused by a stuck export queue or temporary server congestion. To resolve this, go to the Downloads tab and delete all previous failed or pending export attempts using the red trash icon; then, refresh the page and trigger a single new export. If the issue persists, try selecting “Include groups in headers” in the advanced export settings or exporting a smaller date range to reduce the processing load on the server.
