Not able to get blank forms to the app

All of the surveyor accounts have been given access to the main survey, but when some of the surveyors go to the mobile app and click on “Get Blank Forms” nothing shows up (see first two attached screen grabs:



). However, when our colleagues sign into the same username/account on their mobile, they are able to download the blank forms (see second two attached screen grabs:


).

@panirbms21, the first thing you will need to do is configure the Collect Android App as outlined in this support article:

The second thing you will need to check is to see if the enumerators have at least logged into their KoboToolbox account once. Failing to login to the account at least once should also cause such issues.
