Not able to upload files from my PC while collecting data in Enketo

Hello @Kal_Lam
I don’t know if you changed something about this but we can’t upload other types of documents other than PDF, before we were able to upload word, excel and power point documents.
Also, we could upload documents until 10MB, now it says 5 MB, can we change it back?

Try the instructions as outlined in the image below and it should work for you:

Generally, you should not be able to see files that you wish to upload if your file format is in Custom Files:

Change your file format from Custom Files to All Files and you should be able to see all the files that you wish to upload:
