How many responses can I collect with KoboToolbox? What is the maximum?

Welcome to the community, @angeliki83! If you are under the community plan (free plan) you can collect 5k submissions per month and store up to 1GB of storage per account. But if you want to exceed this threshold provided by the system you can always upgrade your account to a paid plan from under the ACCOUNT SETTINGS>Plans. Or, feel free to reach us through support@kobotoolbox.org for any support needed relating to upgrading. We would be happy to help!
