Hello everyone
I created an account and shared the username and password with the assistants at work
Can I know everyone who logged in or not?
I mean logging in to the platform and not to collect data
In short: I want to know the number of people who use the username and password for the same account and if it is also possible to know the type of device that logged in from or the device’s IP and its location
Welcome back to the community, @WajeehMSoultan! No, this is not possible. Besides, it’s not advised to share your account credentials with others. Maybe you will need to create another account (enumerators account) and share the project with that enumerators account and share the login credentials of that enumerators account as you could have superior control over your projects deployed from your account.
This is nice, but I believe I have the right to know who has access to my account, such as Google, for instance, to verify if there has been any unauthorized access.
A tracking record of the devices that have logged into my account would be extremely useful in case of any breaches or hacks. This way, I could identify the source of the vulnerability and take the necessary measures.
By being aware of the devices connected to my account, I can effectively address a significant problem, ensuring a higher level of security and confidence.
As you know, on this platform, the security level must be exceptionally high since you are handling beneficiary or confidential data. Therefore, I believe it’s crucial to be able to identify who is accessing the account—a simple yet essential request to maintain security.
@WajeehMSoultan, just to let you know that we are working on this feature (where the account owner should be able to view all the action logs to his/her account). We will update you once this feature is live.
@Kal_Lam ,Thank you, that’s very kind of you.
