Online Server Capacity

Hi,

I intend to use three different projects (three different questionnaires), each one shall target to collect responses from 2500 persons. I have a total of 30 questions for each questionnaire.

Is there any issue I should be worried about in terms of the server capacity if the data will be kept online?

How long the collected data can be kept on the online server of KoBoToolbox?
