I am currently facing an issue while accessing the “Data” tab in one of my projects on KoboToolbox. Whenever I try to view the data, I receive the following error:
“Oops! Something went wrong on our end. Response details: 502 error”
This issue has been occurring since [mention time, e.g., “this morning” or “the last few hours”]. I have tried the following steps but the issue still persists:
Cleared browser cache
Tried using incognito mode
Switched internet networks
Logged out and logged back in
Despite these steps, the same error message continues to appear.
I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference. Kindly look into the issue and advise me on how it can be resolved.
