Estoy realizando un formulario y estoy utilizando preguntas tipo matriz, la situaci[on que no he logrado solucionar es que al ingresar una nueva fila en l matriz y guardar los cambios al formulario,cambia el orden de los elementos que he ingresado anteriormente en esa pregunta. Necesito que los elementos tenga un orden especifico, por lo que los ingreso con ese orden, si embargo al agrear nueva lineas y guardar, los elementos que ya existen cambian el orden.
Welcome to the community, @mario_daniel! A temporory solution for this issue is to download your form in XLSForm format and then upload it back to the server. Once this is done, the matrix order should not change.

Decidi utilizar el tema grid en enketo para mostrar filas con el numero de columnas personalizado. Si alguien más le sirve el siguiente enlace muestra como hacerlo.
Hello community, I am happy to use Kobotoolbox for a project in the amazon, so far great but… same problem here, I did just that, order restored but now the matrix questions disappear in form builder! Instead I have a bunch of cryptic groups, not the nice “matrix” question style, it vews perfect but impossible to edit in Kobotoolbox as is… I see this bug is from 2020 at least, anyone has found a solution? Help!!
