Hi Support,
Our organisation is getting the exact same message on a four year old KoboToolBox system. In particular - anything after the URL ./api/v1/.
Hello! A few months ago I deployed a form, and I used a logo on top of my form, which I can’t see some weeks ago, it looks like a broken link.

Today I tried to update the imagen in settings, and I get this message:
"We no longer recommend using the legacy interface. Please access all our new features in the new interface (new map, table, reports, labeled data exports, etc.). If you have deployed your project directly in the legacy interface, there is no way to use these new features.…
Is this due to system changes that has stopped the access to APIs? We have not deployed anything to this server due to its already fragile setup.
Thanks,
@Colin-CAID , are you on a self-hosted KoboToolbox server?
@Kal_Lam , I had already contacted @Colin-CAID and will be sorting them out, Yes the instance is self-hosted,

Hi Kal,
I have managed to resolve the ‘500 Error’ by going back to a 26th July full server backup. The API service part worked immediately when the server came up.
Many thanks both for your response to this. The ticket can be closed.
