I have a concern regarding the activation of a new package. Suppose we have a main server and want to create a user account for our field staff, where they would be able to only view and fill out a form and submit it to the main server, without having permission to edit or perform other actions. If we want to activate a package — for example, an unlimited package for two months — is it possible to activate the mentioned package only for the specific user to whom we would share the password, URL, and username for the field enumerators?

Hİ @farzad_hussaini, i believe @Kal_Lam can answer your question better, but Basically answer is Yes. if you activate a package for an account, and keep the form under this account, all other accounts that you shared the form will use this activated package, unless the account you shared fill the shared form, you will need another package. Otherwise no need to purchase another package
