We’ve been having two problems with KoBo over the last week. The main one is being unable to fully upload tools to the server - they are very slow in the first case to upload, and then once uploaded, they are missing some information (e.g. cascading lists, calculations), which we know are correct in the XLS. The second issue is that our field teams are having intermittent problems downloading and uploading submissions to the server (kobo.humanitarianresponse.info), and this has been happening for while now.
Can anyone from Kobo support help or anyone else shed light on these issues?
