Hello everyone! I have a question regarding uploading photos to the questionnaires! Our employees are doing something wrong, and the photos are not being uploaded to the survey at all. It looks like this: the screenshot says, “File ‘IMG_20240531_111218-15_14_24.jpg’ not found” and this happens with all the photos except the first one. Can you suggest possible reasons why the photos are not uploading?

Can you kindly provide a snippet of your XLSform which in this case is providing this upload option?

Your first image upload there has a label on it and while the rest do not have a label on them.
Can you also run this xlsform once you fix the label issue on the XLS Online Validator to see if there are any additional errors?

I checked, no additional errors, but I use the hint for photos very often and this is the first time the photos are not uploading. I tried uploading the same photos to the cobo form from my computer and it says that the size is exceeded. Is it possible that when filling out the form from the app, the person filling out the form doesn’t see that the photo exceeds the allowed size?
@soeungi, did you mean the image is not seen on the server when trying to edit your submission?
not really… the images are not loaded at all, I downloaded the zip archive, there are no images there either. although after this questionnaire was uploaded another one, and there all photos are successfully uploaded, and I do not understand what causes problems when uploading…
