Please see the photo attached, is there any reason why the photo has a problem? i have 107 submission like that while the other 6000 are OK

@fayez_70, seems like you are trying to edit your submission and are not seeing the media that was uploaded in the server. If you are not able to see the image under the DATA>Table View, then please be informed that your images should have never reached the server.
This issue occurs when a submission involves uploading large images or a high volume of images to the server. In such cases, the images are divided across multiple OpenRosa POST requests. This means that while the submission XML may successfully go through on the first POST, connectivity issues could arise during the subsequent POSTs that handle the additional image attachments. Consequently, this could lead to the submission being recorded without successfully uploading the media attachments.
