I have been using PowerBi to pull the data from Kobotoolbox with (https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/api/v1/data/881358?format=csv) and it was working fine till 18-Sep-24. Starting from 19-Sep, I am seeing the error “DataSource.Error: Web.Contents failed to get contents from” when refreshing powerbi. Any suggestion please?

can you test the link in a browser? If you are able to download/view link though browser, then problem from Power BI side, else we check problems regarding to servers.
I just realized the link you have been using (https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/api/v1/data/881358?format=csv). This kc.humanitarianresponse no longer valid. So you need to replace it with (https://kc-eu.kobotoolbox.org/api/v1/data/881358?format=csv)
Hi @osmanburcu, thanks much for your suggestion. I found 500 error when I check the link (https://kc-eu.kobotoolbox.org/api/v1/data/881358?format=csv) in the browser as below screenshot.
can you try this way as well? https://kc-eu.kobotoolbox.org/api/v1/data/881358.csv
